Pollution and Toxic Waste

Have you had any dear relatives pass away because of cancer? Or, perhaps, have you suffered from cancer yourself? If yes, would you like your future children and grandchildren to suffer from cancer too? Cancer is from all the radiation and toxic waste around us. Radiation comes from computers, phones, and other portable devices. The humans are continuously inventing new technology to help us in our everyday lives. We only look on the bright side of these things and forget the important negative sides altogether! Or, otherwise, think about all the earth-friendly things that have been invented and people still decide to use their earth-polluting materials.

For example, plastic bags. They are very helpful because they help us bring our groceries from the supermarket to our house. Although, why use plastic bags when you can use stronger bags that are even made of a better material? Because plastic bags are cheaper! Stores buy the plastic bags because they are cheaper than the other bags so people like to use, usually, whatever the store provides them with. It's even difficult to re-use the plastic bags because since they are very thin, they rip easily. Also, you know you don;t have to bring them with you when you go to the store because they always provide you with more after you finish buying your things. The plastic bag population in your house is increasing. Then, what happens to all these plastic bags that you no longer need? They do into the environment and suffocate all the plants and animals that come across them!

As you can see, such an innocent-looking thing can have a big impact on the world around us and if we do not take care of our planet, soon it will only become a big pile of our junk.

Instead, toxic waste is more like either throwing out waste that is, literally, toxic, or throwing out waste that overtime becomes toxic. This kind of waste can be very hazardous for you and your body. Especially skin-to-skin contact. That's when you send poisonous fumes through your body that can then lead to cancer.

Let's make a difference before it's too late!

Remember, you can categorize your garbage in the different bins to help recycle the materials. The bins can be found anywhere and, usually, they are colour coordinated so that each material type has their own bin colour. (See image above).
